PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Targeted services to be delivered with the responsibility for how best to achieve outcomes;

1. Increase visiting specialist services in area of identified need.
2. Support medical and dental specialists to provide outreach services in rural and remote areas.
3. Facilitate visits for specialists on local health professional communities about ongoing patient care.
4. Increase and maintain the skills of regional, rural and remote health professionals in accordance with the local needs.

HCFT achieves its objectives through the execution of;

1. Expanding the existing outreach services.
2. Create sustainability of HCFT services.
3. Enhancement of education provision.
4. Enhancement of communication.
5. Provision of ongoing quality and evaluation.
